Our Story
Nudi started with a simple story- Shirin’s love for pasta but knowing it wasn’t something she wanted to be eating all the time. After previously co-founding The Good Life Eatery, she wanted to bring something exciting to Londoners. Nudi is the first low-carb pasta delivery brand in London, aiming to bring something new and fresh to the market. The first site launched in Fulham in the Fall of 2022 and was a huge success. Nudi is now available in multiple areas across London on both Uber Eats and Deliveroo and soon launching its fresh pasta in some favourite retailers to be able to cook at home!
About Our Pasta
We don’t mean to brag but we think we have cracked the holy grail of pasta. We absolutely do not compromise on deliciousness or integrity, but some of our pastas have as much as 75% less net carbs than conventional wheat pasta. All our pastas are gluten free, low in calories and made with the highest quality ingredients. All our pastas are homemade and freshly made in small batches in our kitchen in Acton.
We currently have 4 signature pastas: Our Konjac Casarecce and Konjac Spaghetti made with Konjac Flour, Bamboo Fibre and High Protein Pea Flour, Our Protein Fusilli made from High Protein Pea Flour and Egg Whites, and our Cauliflower Gnocchi made from over 60% cauliflower and our gluten free flour blend.
Our High Protein Flour is different from other pulse flours on the market because it is not milled from dry, which makes most pulse based pastas totally indigestible. Ours is fully cooked, dried and then pulsed which makes it fully digestible. No more bloat!
